Hey, so how about that studio visit? Finally. We're usually too busy to have a schedule either, let alone a creative practice.

Or a dating app— "networking" could mean anything these days. This would feel a lot less weird if social media weren't so anti-social. (Don’t worry, you’re not not traumatized— you're just not thinking.)

We're building studio visit app for one reason: because it already exists. The studio visit is the only thing about being an artist that doesn't change (or at least not since Rembrandt.) We're taking a minimalist approach to cultural problem solving, and also social media. Studio visit app isn't a content feed. It's a calendar that lets you organize your creative contacts by commitment.

So far, we've nailed the first component: a scheduling feature that matches artists (or anyone who can claim for themselves a practice) based on availability first, followed by mutual interest.

We're thinking this should be the only component. (What more could we have in common than an opening?)
