Content strategy


I was approached by a technology company to ghostwrite a non-fiction book on the history of networks. Technically a “vanity publication”, the timeline and budget would not have afforded the research, writing and editorial process for a project of such a scope: the network, after all, has no history. We are always already networked.

The book was created using a hand curated corpus of tech lingo from top content aggregates. The following Python scripts were then used to create a full length book that mapped tech language onto the semantic architecture of Guy Debord’s seminal (& copyleft) ‘Society of the Spectacle’.
